My educational background includes a Master's degree in IT, Learning, and Organizational Change. The primary focus of this program was on innovation and the process of adjustment with IT in relation to learning and organizational changes.
Within the IT and Learning component, we delved into didactic, professional, and theoretical considerations involved in the development of learning, teaching, communication, and knowledge sharing. Key concepts covered included e-learning, didactic design, user experience (UX), and CMS/LMS systems.
The Organizational Change portion of the program covered the transformation processes that businesses and organizations undergo in relation to increased digitization. This included an in-depth exploration of key concepts such as organizational culture, change processes, change management, and communication. My studies have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of how to leverage IT to drive learning and organizational change.
