A testament to this is my creation of vrClinicals for Nursing, a multi-patient VR experience specifically designed for nursing students. My focus was to shift from traditional teaching to engaging students as active participants in their learning journey. I worked to dissolve previous constraints related to teaching, thereby ushering in a new learning paradigm. Throughout this transformation, I wore many hats, including change agent, process facilitator, teacher, and project manager. This multifaceted role deeply enriched my understanding of the evolving educational landscape.

As a School Teacher at Skolen på Amagerbro, my primary responsibilities lay within the upper school where I taught a diverse range of subjects, including Mathematics, Physics/Chemistry, Physical Education, English, and IT. In addition to teaching, I held the position of Union Representative  and served as  IT advisor and administrator. A significant achievement during this period was the successful implementation of interactive boards in all classrooms and the integration of iPads in all intermediate and upper school classes. This role allowed me to combine my passion for teaching with my technical expertise to enhance the learning experience for students.

My educational background includes a Master's degree in IT, Learning, and Organizational Change. The primary focus of this program was on innovation and the process of adjustment with IT in relation to learning and organizational changes.

Within the IT and Learning component, we delved into didactic, professional, and theoretical considerations involved in the development of learning, teaching, communication, and knowledge sharing. Key concepts covered included e-learning, didactic design, user experience (UX), and CMS/LMS systems.

The Organizational Change portion of the program covered the transformation processes that businesses and organizations undergo in relation to increased digitization. This included an in-depth exploration of key concepts such as organizational culture, change processes, change management, and communication. My studies have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of how to leverage IT to drive learning and organizational change.
